Filtered Rubber Half Face Gas Mask with Single Cartridge

Brief : This filtered rubber half face gas mask can be widely used in industrial and agricultural as well as the scientific reseach unit, to prevent the toxic gases like organic steam, benzene and its homologues, gasoline, acetone, ether, ect, and the preventing time above 45 mins.

1. Structure 

It is composed of half mask, cartridge, exhaling valve, and fixing belt. The main part of this half face mask is designed according to Asian people face, the fixing belt is adjustable, with high sealing performance, which makes the mask really safe and comfortable. 

1. Using Manual 

1) Using environment : the toxic and harmful gas density should be less than 0.1%, oxygen density should be above 18%, can be used under temperature from _30°C-40°C. 

2) This half mask can’t be used in hermetic space or area, neither be used in other toxic gases.

3) The users need to check all parts of the mask before use it. For example, the respirator chip should be closely sealed with the bottom of the respirator valve, the cartridge should be sealed with the half mask, and the active carbon in the cartridge must be in good condition. 

4) When wearing the mask, user’s nose and mouth must be fully covered by the mask, and there should be no interspace beside the bridge of nose. The headband must be fixed, and adjusted to comfortable position.

5) When the active carbon lose its function, the user will start to smell light toxic gas flavor, the user must leave the toxic gas area immediately and change a new cartridge.

If necessary, user must check again the sealingness of the mask. 

2. Storage and changing new active carbon 

1) Users can buy active carbon or new cartridges from the mask supplier, and the active carbon must be fully filled to avoid gas drifting. After the active carbon filled, the cartridge cover must be screwed up. Shake the cartridge, if there is no friction sound inside the cartridge, means the cartridge is fully filled.

2) Mask and cartridge should be stored in clean dry and proper temperature place.
